This awesome book published by Black Enterprise, “Against All Odds: Ten Entrepreneurs Who Followed Their Hearts and Found Success” By: Wendy Harris, has a chapter that features a court reporter turned captioner. Lorraine Carter founder and owner of Caption Reporters Inc. is discussed in chapter four of the tome. I’ve skimmed the book, but I haven’t read it verbatim yet. I can’t wait to get some reading time this weekend!! A story about an court reporter, I’m there for it!!
