Legal Vocabulary: Fungible

Fungible is “a commodity that is freely interchangeable with another in satisfying an obligation.”

Legal Vocabulary: Impeachment

Impeachment is defined as: (1) “The process of calling a witness’s testimony into doubt.” (2) The constitutional process whereby the House of Representatives may accuse high officers of the federal government of misconduct. These officers are then tried by the Senate.
