Legal Vocabulary: Misfeasance vs. Malfeasance vs. Nonfeasance

Misfeasance is defined as “The wrongful performance of a normally lawful act.” Malfeasance is defined as “The performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law.” Nonfeasance is a failure to act.

Machine Briefs:
Misfeasance= MIFZ or MIZ/FAOEFNS
Malfeasance= MAFZ or MAL/FAOEFNS
Nonfeasance= NOFZ or NAUN/FAOEFNS
