Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure that is used to treat blood vessel malformations. Sclerothearpy is performed by injecting medicine into malformed blood vessels in order to shrink then. Sclerotherapy is used to treat varicose veins, spider veins, vascular malformations and lymphatic malformations.
